Helping the community members of Lealman have a better life and a better tomorrow.
Named after the ancient marketplaces of the world, an exchange was a place where communities with different resources could meet and trade to fulfill needs while also sharing their culture, history, wares and ideas. In that way, the Lealman Exchange is a collection of resources for the Lealman Community and greater Pinellas County. It is a place where local resources and service providers can come together to bring residents what they need.
The Lealman Exchange, or LEX, is a community center celebrating Lealman pride. We are a public/private partnership between Pinellas County, the St. Petersburg Foundation, Community Foundation Tampa Bay, and our tenants with one goal: building a better tomorrow within the Lealman Community.
We welcome you to stop by the center for an open gym, to find support services, or to host your next event!
