Construct your scarecrow on a sturdy skeleton so it will retain its position. Must be freestanding. Deliver scarecrows to Lealman Exchange for judging. Then, join us at Pinellas PAL’s PAL-o-WEEN to see the scarecrows and the winners!

Application deadline: October 16th

Delivery deadline: October 26th

Winners announced: October 29th

Competition Judging: Each Group Category will receive a 1st Place winner, and all entries are eligible to be Best in Show.
