About the Lealman Exchange
The Lealman Exchange Community Center is owned by Pinellas County and operated as a public/private partnership between the County, the St. Petersburg Foundation, and the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay. We and our tenants share one goal: building a better tomorrow within the Lealman Community.
