The Lealman Exchange is pleased to announce the Spring session of its Free Swim Lessons program for local youth. The program will begin on March 8, 2025, and run through April 26, 2025, offering an 8-week course for children and teens in the Lealman area, regardless of swimming experience.
Program Details:
- Free Swim Lessons: No need to worry about costs – these lessons are completely free for Lealman-area kids and teens.
- Days and Times: Classes will be held every Saturday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, with 30 minutes of instructor-led swim lessons and 30 minutes of optional free swim time to practice and enjoy the water.
- Program Start: The program kicks off on March 8th. Don’t worry if you miss the first class—new swimmers are welcome to join at any point throughout the 8-week program.
- Duration: Each child will receive a total of 8 lessons, providing plenty of time to develop and refine their swimming skills.
- Cohort Size: The program has a maximum of 30 participants to ensure personalized attention and a supportive learning environment.
- Age Range: Open to children and teens aged 6 to 16, the program is designed to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities.
- Swimming Ability: Whether your child is a complete beginner or has some experience, the program is designed to support swimmers of all levels.
- Chaperones: The Lealman Exchange will provide a chaperone with a Level 2 background check to accompany participants during each class, ensuring the safety and supervision of all children.
- Swim Bag and Towel: Each participant will receive a complimentary swim bag and towel to carry their essentials and stay dry after each lesson.
